Warranty and Return Policy:
Chipease offers a 1-year parts warranty on all products used for domestic purposes from the date of purchase. For commercial use, a 3-month parts warranty period applies unless otherwise specified in the item listing. The conditions below apply only if the product is faulty or not performing as described. If a return is required, the purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs. Warranties will be determined solely by a Chipease Technician upon inspection.
Warranties do not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, acts of God, other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner not described in the instructions.
Warranties do not cover consumable parts or spare parts. Consumable parts are defined as any part that can be used up or worn out during normal use. Examples of consumable parts include blades, belts, recoil pull starts, and wheels.
Chipease offers a 14-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty on all products.
Please contact Chipease immediately if you notice any problems with your purchase. We will attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible if your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Change of Mind
For all purchases returned due to a change of mind, there will be a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Postage costs will be at the purchaser’s expense, and any postage costs incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded. If the item was sent with free postage, the cost will be deemed 20% of the purchase price.

Misuse or Abuse of Products
We do not offer a warranty on items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or infrequent servicing. No refund or exchange will be granted in such instances.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
By purchasing our products, you agree to all terms and conditions set out by Chipease Pty Limited, including warranty terms.
CLAIMING WARRANTY
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Take a picture of the damaged or faulty part along with your original invoice or order number.
2. Send the photos and order number along with your information to Support@chipease.com.au.
3. We will reply to confirm receipt of your claim and act on it immediately. We will send you a replacement part via Australia Post for you to fit.
4. If you are unable to fit the part, you may drop your item back to us or ship it back, and we will fit the part for you. Please note that all shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Process for Returns and Refunds on Defective or Incorrect Products*

1. When seeking a return on a product, please contact us via email at Support@chipease.com.au.
2. Once contacted, we will investigate your issue and advise whether your product may be returned. Where required, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply. We will not accept the return of a product without approval from our Customer Service Team. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the approved date. All returns and issues will be resolved by Chipease within 4 business days.
3. Once an item is returned, we will inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or, where applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your goods. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, were not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, used abnormally, or there was a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping to receive goods we have rejected on inspection. If your product is found to be defective or you have mistakenly been sent the wrong product and require a refund, all postage costs will be covered, and the original purchase price will be refunded by Chipease.
4. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. Store credits will be issued to the account used to purchase the goods. We will process refunds and replacements within 4 business days of receiving the original product.
NOTE: We reserve the right to change product specifications and/or models as technology improves.
SPARE PARTS RETURN POLICY
At Chipease, we are committed to providing high-quality spare parts designed to fit our tools and equipment. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a spare part. Please review our updated Spare Parts Return Policy below for details on how to initiate a return and our terms and conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Spare parts are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The spare part must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a return to be processed.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of $10 will be applied to each spare part return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@chipease.com.au.
- Provide your order number, the part number of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping for spare parts is the customer's responsibility.
- Please ensure the spare part is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned spare part, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exclusions:
- Custom or special-order spare parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Spare parts that have been installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.
- The measurements and dimensions for Chipease spare parts may vary in millimetres but are within factory specifications/limits. We cannot guarantee the perfect fit if you have a brand different from Chipease.
