Shipping & Pick Up Rules and Instructions:

1. Shipping of Accessories: We offer free shipping to all of Australia for chipper shredder accessories. Orders are shipped via Australia Post within one business day after you place your order.

2. Shipping of Chipper Shredders: Due to their weight (over 40 kilograms), chipper shredders typically require tailgate delivery to your home. You can calculate the shipping cost on our website. We will ship your order within one business day after you place it, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment online.

3. Pick Up (Free):

Our pick-up location is 21/82 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the details. When you’re ready to pick up your order, simply notify us at least one hour in advance, and we’ll have your product ready for you. Our pick-up hours are flexible and include weekends.
